These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nandavan website and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. ABOUT NANDAVAN
Nandavan is a business offering handcrafted, fragrance and lifestyle products through its online store.
References to “Nandavan”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nandavan. References to “you” and “your” mean the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, photographs may vary from the actual product due to lighting, photography, display settings and manufacturing or handcrafted variations.
Actual product colour, shape, texture, finish and appearance may therefore differ slightly from photographs displayed on the website.
3. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS AND BATCH VARIATIONS
Certain Nandavan products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches.
Reasonable variations may occur between individual products or batches.
Such variations may include:
Colour;
Shape;
Texture;
Finish;
Fragrance intensity; and
Other minor visual or physical characteristics.
These variations are a normal characteristic of handcrafted or small-batch products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
4. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE ABOUT “NATURAL” PRODUCTS
Nandavan does not represent that its fragrance cones are 100% natural.
Where product descriptions refer to natural ingredients, natural materials or naturally derived ingredients, such wording refers only to the relevant ingredients or characteristics specifically identified.
Our fragrance cones may contain a formulation consisting of natural or naturally derived materials together with other formulation ingredients, including dipropylene glycol (DPG) and fragrance/essential-oil components that may not be entirely natural.
Therefore:
Nandavan fragrance cones should not be considered or represented as 100% natural products.
Customers who require exclusively natural, organic or ingredient-specific products should review the ingredient information and product description carefully before purchasing.
5. FRAGRANCE DISCLOSURE
Fragrance is subjective and individual perception may differ.
The same fragrance may be perceived differently by different individuals depending on personal preference, environment and other factors.
Descriptions such as floral, woody, fresh, sweet, devotional, traditional or similar terms are intended to describe the fragrance profile and are not a guarantee of a particular individual’s experience.
A customer’s personal dislike or preference regarding fragrance does not constitute a product defect.
6. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and according to any instructions, warnings or precautions provided with the product or on the product packaging.
Customers should:
Keep products away from children unless the product is specifically intended for them;
Keep combustible products away from open flames and sources of excessive heat;
Follow all applicable burning or usage instructions;
Use products in a suitable and adequately ventilated area where applicable; and
Stop using a product if an adverse reaction or unexpected problem occurs.
Do not ingest products unless they are specifically identified as suitable for consumption.
Nandavan products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease unless expressly stated and lawfully supported.
7. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
Product unavailability;
Pricing or listing errors;
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
Duplicate or unusually large orders;
Incorrect customer information;
Delivery limitations; or
Other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any refund required or approved will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
8. PRICES
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing or listing error and applicable law.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed or communicated as required.
9. PAYMENT
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Nandavan may not have access to or store complete payment credentials such as card PINs, banking passwords or UPI PINs.
Payment processing is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment service provider.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated time communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, incorrect addresses or other logistical circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Nandavan is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All purchases are generally final.
Nandavan does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, fragrance preference, incorrect ordering or other reasons described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Nandavan website and its contents, including:
Brand name;
Logo;
Product photographs;
Product descriptions;
Graphics;
Text;
Designs;
Website layout;
Videos; and
Other original content
are owned by or licensed to Nandavan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Nandavan content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
13. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the website to:
Violate any applicable law;
Commit fraud;
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems;

16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nandavan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.

Nandavan will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, war, civil disturbances, epidemics or other force majeure events.
